In the Supervisor Time Sheet Overview, the Balance, Total field was not updated when the employee's fixed working hours were modified. This error is corrected and the field will now calculate correctly after a change has been made.

Automatic Approval on Expense Sheet Lines

When the Automatic approval if no approvers specified checkbox is selected on an approval hierarchy for expense sheets, expense sheet lines may be approved upon submission according to the approval hierarchy, but were not marked as approved by the project manager in the Approval, Project Manager field. This error is corrected.

Synchronize with Time Sheets Error

If you reopened, submitted, and approved an absence calendar line that was synchronized with a time sheet without making any other changes, the Synchronized with Time Sheets checkbox was deselected even if the absence calendar line was actually synchronized with the time sheet. This error is corrected.

Synchronize Error When Reopening Time Sheet

When you approved changes to an absence calendar line, you could receive a notification stating that one or more time sheets could not be updated, but the changes would be added when the time sheet is reopened. When you reopened the time sheet, this would not happen, and the Synchronized with Time Sheets checkbox on the absence calendar remained deselected. This error is corrected.

A system error would display on an automatic timesheet line from approved absence when a timesheet was created. This error occurred on timesheets that were set up to use approval hierarchies with notifications.

Expense and mileage sheet journals were previously not marked as posted when using automatic posting even when the items were actually posted. This error is corrected.

When the Show Two Tax Levels system parameter is enabled and Show Three Tax Levels system parameter is disabled, an error would display when you tried to print a mileage sheet. This error is corrected.

Color Coding in the Supervisor Time Sheet Status Workspace Calendar

In the Supervisor Time Sheet Status workspace, when the latest employee revision for all employees under one supervisor did not start on the first day of the month, the calendar would not display any color-coding for this month.

This error is now corrected and color-coding is utilized in the calendar in accordance with the accumulated status of timesheets for all employee shown in the workspace.

Incorrect Status Displayed in Supervisor Time Sheet Status

In the Supervisor Time Sheet Status workspace, if any employee in the subtab did not create a timesheet, the Status field was blank instead of displaying a Due status. This error occurred if the employee's supervisor was not provided access via the Must Use Time Sheets field. This error is corrected.

Employees with Time Sheet End Date Displayed in Time Sheet Overview

Employees with an indicated time sheet end date prior to the selected week or period were still displayed in either the Time Sheet Overview workspace in the web client or the Supervisor Time Sheet Status workspace in the Workspace Client. This error is corrected. Additionally, the Time Sheet Start Date and Time Sheet End Date fields are removed from the Employee Field Access single dialog workspace in the Workspace Client to prevent this error from occurring again.

Blocked Employees in Time Sheet Overview

Blocked employees were still displayed in the Time Sheet Overview workspace in the web client or in the Supervisor Time Sheet Status workspace in the Workspace Client. This error is corrected.

Defect 1977491

Expense Sheet Posting Error

If the Show Two Tax Levels system parameter was disabled, but the Tax 1 Currency expense sheet line field was used instead of the Tax Currency field, the tax amount total and base/enterprise currency were not updated correctly and posting of the expense sheet led to a fatal error.

This error is corrected. Multiple tax level fields may be used in layouts regardless of system parameters.
