Mac OS Sonoma: [Intermittent] Clicking/Double-clicking on Main Menu Items Does Not Work

Clicking/double-clicking on main menu items does not work on Apple Silicon Macs. This impacts all customers on Apple Silicon Macs and macOS Sonoma.

Mac OS Sonoma: [Intermittent] Missing Menus on Apple Silicon Macs

Defect 2020627, Sev 3

Menus are intermittently missing in the Workspace Client. This impacts all customers on Apple Silicon Macs and macOS Sonoma.

Server Configuration Link Internal Error

Defect 2025874, Sev 3

An internal error occurs when you click the Server Configuration link.

No Warning Message Displayed When Changing Password via File Menu

Defect 2019214, Sev 4

A warning message is not currently displayed when changing your password via the File menu.

WSC Selection Criteria Inputs Not Carried Over to BI Launchpad

Defect 1958737, Sev 2

On the Workspace Client (WSC) running Business Object (BO) 4.2 and 4.3, when you enter the selection criteria for a standard report and select the Open Live Report action button, the values are not carried over to the BI Launchpad when the WSC is set to a language other than English. As a workaround, you must manually enter the selection criteria for the report again in the BI Launchpad screen.

USync Synchronization Fails Due to Timeouts

USync synchronization fails due to timeouts when trying to retrieve large number of users from Maconomy. You can apply the following workarounds:

  • Increase the timeout values for web services in the MaconomyWS file. For example, change the timeout to ten minutes by entering the following values:

    • WaitForServer=600000

    • WaitForDaemon=600000

  • Change the where-clause in USync.I to exclude certain users, such as blocked users, from USync synchronization to reduce the number of users.

Incorrect Definition of Gross Margin % in Job Budgeting Universe

Currently, the Gross Margin % object has an incorrect definition so if the billing price is zero, it results to a database query error stating "Divisor is equal to zero…".

Bank Reconciliation: Folding Empty Rows Not Working

Defect 1899110, Sev 4

On Business Object (BO) 4.3 SP3 when folding empty rows, the Bank Reconciliation report displays an error stating " The resource type Report Element with identifier <id> and parameter named "Reference" with value <odd value> does not exist."

NSAFT: Incorrect Tax Currency Amount When Intercompany Tax Balancing Is Disabled

When the Intercompany Tax Balancing parameter is selected (enabled, true), the <CurrencyAmount> on the responsible company of an intercompany entry shows the amount in the currency of the executing company. When the parameter is not selected (disabled, false), the <CurrencyAmount> on the executing company of an intercompany entry shows amount in the currency of the responsible company.

Norway Tax Return: Multiplied Amounts Due to NSAFT Option List

Defect 1956097, Sev 2

When a Background Task is canceled, the DAF output file still attempts to generate and complete its contents. This can cause performance issues especially when run on a system with a large amount of data.

When both the NSAFT option list and the NSAFT-GL option list are applied to the report, the data export displays an amount that is multiplied when the Tax Code is mapped to only one option list. Currently, only the NSAFT option list is considered for the report.

UK Tax Submissions: Duplicate Upload Window

Currently, when you select the action to import a fraud prevention headers file (fraudpreventionheaders.txt), the workspace displays two file upload dialogs.
