Use the fields and options on the Budget form to create, update, and review project budgets.

Use the Budget form to enter budget information for labor, expenses, and consultants for a project. Hours and amounts entered on the Budget form display on the Budget Worksheet report and on many other project-related reports, including the Project Progress, Project Detail, and Project Summary reports. - Billing Summary Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to review a summary of the billing budget, compensation amounts, and actual job-to-date amounts at billing rates for the selected project. The data is summarized at the lowest levels of the work breakdown structure (WBS). You can also update overall, labor, and expense percents complete for WBS elements, and depending on how Vantagepoint is set up, you may also be able to update compensation amounts. - Cost Summary Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to review a summary of the cost budget, compensation amounts, and actual job-to-date amounts at cost rates for the selected project. The data is summarized at the lowest levels of the work breakdown structure. You can also update overall, labor, and expense percents complete for WBS elements, and depending on how Vantagepoint is set up, you may also be able to update compensation amounts. - Copy Budget From Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to copy budget data from one work breakdown structure (WBS) element as the starting point for the currently selected WBS element's budget. The source WBS element can be in the same project as the target WBS element or it can be in a different project. You can copy just the labor codes and accounts without the budgeted hours and amounts, or you can copy the hours and amounts as well. - Grid Settings Dialog Box
Use the Grid Settings dialog box to indicate how you want to group rows in the grid and to select columns to display in the grid.
