Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Firm File Links Table Formats (ClientFileLinks)

Follow Vantagepoint specifications for preparing a file containing firm file links.

ClientID varchar 32 Firm record number; required field; must exist in CL (ClientID/Client)
Description varchar 100 User-entered file description
FilePath varchar 255 File's file path location
Graphic varchar 1 Variable indicating whether or not the linked file is a graphic file; valid options are Y (Yes) or N (No); default 'N'
LinkID varchar 32 Unique internal key for the file's link to the firm record; primary key
