Use applications in My Stuff to create a personalized view of your business world. For example, this is where you customize your dashboard, set up calendars, and fill out or approve timesheets and expense reports. - Reporting
Reporting offers a wide range of reports that present information about all aspects of your data, including projects, firms, contacts, and employees. - Hubs
The hubs provide you with a set of tools, applications, and reports to help you manage all aspects of your business-related data. Use hubs to gather information about your projects, employees, and more. You add new records, update records, and copy or delete records and then use this information to streamline procedures, activities, and client interactions. - Reporting (Desktop)
Reporting provides an extensive selection of standard reports. Each set of report description topics includes an overview topic and topics that describe any custom options specific to that report. The reports that are included in the Desktop version of Vantagepoint include Data Export, Equipment, Payroll, Purchasing, and Inventory. - Resource Management
The Resource Management application supports and enhances several key planning functions. - Proposals
Project proposals are the principal tools that you use to sell your firm's services and win new business. Proposals contain all the information about your firm, your employees, and your previous work that prospective clients want to know before they award a contract. - Billing
Use the Billing application to create, process, approve, print, and email billing invoices to your clients. - Transaction Center
Use the Transaction Center to enter and maintain data for transactions such as disbursements, expenses, invoices, and vouchers. - Cash Management
Use the Cash Management application to track and manage your firm's vouchers, invoices, payments and accounts receivable. - Accounting
Use the Accounting application to track your firm’s day-to-day financial activity. You can also generate reports that help you assess project and firm-wide financial performance. - General Ledger
Use the General Ledger application to manage all aspects of your general ledger and consolidated budgets. - Payroll
In Payroll, you process your company's payroll for all posted timesheets, or for timesheets posted within a particular date range, and then generate paychecks and direct deposits for employees. - Purchasing
Use the Purchasing application to keep electronic records of both internal and project-related procurement and receiving of services, materials, supplies, and capital items. - Asset Management
Asset Management is an optional application that you use in conjunction with the Equipment hub to track and process depreciation or amortization for asset items that you capitalize. - Inventory
Use the Inventory application to control and track the items marked as inventory. - Utilities
Use the utilities in the Utilities application to perform maintenance tasks, data importing, key conversions, report and file administration, and other functions in your Vantagepoint database. - Settings
Use Settings to establish fundamental information such as security settings, password policies, user records, and so on. You specify most settings in the browser application, while you set others in the desktop application. - Vantagepoint Connect Add-In
Use the Vantagepoint Connect add-in with Vantagepoint CRM to set up two-way synchronization of your contacts and calendar items with your email application. - QuickBooks Integration with Vantagepoint
When you own both Intuit® QuickBooks® Online and the Deltek Vantagepoint Front Office Package, you can set up integration between the two products. - Talent Management Integration with Vantagepoint
Integrate Vantagepoint with Deltek Talent Management to easily and securely transfer data between the two systems. - Xero Integration with Vantagepoint
With Deltek Unionpoint, you can integrate and connect a new Vantagepoint PSA database with an existing Xero database so that your project accounting is managed in Vantagepoint and your general ledger is managed in Xero. - Data Dictionary
