Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use this tab to view an overview of synchronization information.

Field Description
Synchronization Statistics Refer to the graphical indicators at the top of the form for a quick view of the synchronization status and the number of records for each:
  • General
  • Issues
  • Blocklist
Synchronization Status Use these options to trigger the synchronization process:
  • Start: Select this option to start the synchronization process.
  • Resume: When the synchronization process has been paused, select this option to resume the synchronization process.
  • Pause: When synchronization is enabled, select this option to pause the process until it is re-enabled.
  • Force Sync: Select this option to manually force the synchronization between Vantagepoint and Connect.
Last Session Details This field displays the date and status of the last synchronization.
