Columns for the AR detail dashpart base are available on the Select Dashpart Columns dialog box.

| Amount Due
|
This column displays the amount that is due based on the associated record.
|
| Amount Paid
|
This column displays the paid amount on an invoice based on the paid transactions that are included in the dashpart.
|
| Aging Date
|
This column displays the date of the invoice associated with the record. This date is used to compute aged values. The invoice and all associated transactions will be aged based on the date of the invoice, instead of the date in the associated transactions.
Include this column and configure the date range in the amount-related columns to display the aged values for those amount-related columns.

| AR Comment
|
This column displays the latest comment made on the AR record in
or
. Click the comment to display the AR Comments dialog box, on which you can edit existing comments or add new comments.
If no comment exists for the AR record, the
option is displayed. Click this option to display the AR Comments dialog box and add a comment.
If the dashpart is configured with a grouping by Invoice or Invoice Number, existing AR comments are displayed at the Invoice group line and each transaction under the Invoice grouping. If no AR comments exist for the transactions under the Invoice, the
option displays at the Invoice group line and each transaction under the invoice grouping.

|
This column displays the name of the employee who is responsible for creating the billing invoices for a project.

|
This column displays the ID number of the biller.
|
| Billing Client Address
|
This column displays the client's billing street address, city, state, and ZIP code. If the address is too long for the width of the column, it continues on additional lines within the column.

| Billing Client Name
|
This column displays the name of the client to be billed.
|
| Billing Client Number
|
This column displays the identifier for the client to be billed.
|
| Billing Client Type
|
This column displays the client type associated with the billing client.

- Expanded: If you applied this grouping option, info bubbles are available for invoice records.
- Collapsed: If you applied this grouping option, info bubbles are not available for invoice records.

This column displays the names of the billing clients that are associated with each posted invoice of a project. The billing client names are displayed as links. Click a link to display an info bubble with additional information about the client. To display the client record in the Firms tab, click
