  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display Charts from Project Planning Grids

To supplement the grid view of project planning data, you can display related charts. You can display charts that reflect data for the project as a whole or for a selected plan work breakdown structure (WBS) element (a phase, for example) at a lower level of the plan structure.

Note: The option to display charts is not available for labor code rows in the grid on the Labor tab.

To display charts from a project planning grid:

  1. Hover over or click the WBS row for which you want to display the charts.
  2. Click at the end of the row.
  3. To display the charts for a different plan row, click that row to select it.

    You do not need to close the charts dialog box before you can select another row. When you click on another row, the first chart dialog box closes automatically and a new one opens to display data for the currently selected row.
