Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Memo Tab of the Export to ADP Form

Use the Memo tab to export pay-related information not specific to timesheets, such as pay rate, job cost rate, overtime rate, or additional pay amounts. You must also specify the appropriate calculation to perform for special hours accumulated.

ADP provides one Memo slot for users.

Field Description
Code Enter the appropriate code specified by your company and ADP for performing calculations for regular and/or overtime work hours.
Description Enter an appropriate word or phrase that describes the code.
Active The comma-separated values (.csv) file generates data for only those codes that are marked as Active. When you enter a new code, this option is selected automatically and Vantagepoint includes for export all data entered for the code. To exclude the data for this code from the current export, clear this option.
Expression Select the special calculation that you want Vantagepoint to perform (for example, job cost rate or pay rate). Options in this field correspond to fields in the Employees hub.
This option displays when you hover over the right end of a row. Click this option and select one of the following:
  • Copy: Click this option to add a copy of the selected line to the grid. Edit the copy to create a new code.
  • Delete: Click this option to remove the code from the grid.
+ Insert Click this option to insert a new row in the grid.
