Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Disable All Users from Using Vantagepoint

System administrators use this function to disable all users from using Vantagepoint. This is helpful if you need to lock out all users when you perform system maintenance. You cannot disable your own username.

To disable all users:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Settings > Security > Users.
  2. On the Actions bar of the Users form, click Actions > Disable All Logins.

    When a user's record is disabled, the user loses access to Vantagepoint and any sessions, including API sessions, associated with that user.

  3. Click Save.
