Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Configure Structures Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to select WBS and OBS cost fields, among other things, when you export cost data to an IPMDAR file.

Required Tab

Field Description
Parent code for multiple top level codes If the WBS or OBS has multiple top codes, you must select a single top level code for the top level. IPMDAR does not support multiple codes at the top level.

Control Account / Work Package Tabs

The grid represents the hierarchical structure at the control account / work package level. Each row is a structure at the control account /work package level.

Field Description
Number This column is for reference and is not editable.
Description This is the control account /work package code or structure name.
Export Value Select this option if you want Acumen to export the values assigned to the selected control account / work package structure.
