Import All Projects in a Workbook

Import all of the projects in your workbook.

Before you can import the project data, you must create a project link.

If the Automatically Import Schedules option on the Deltek Acumen Options Platforms (General) tab is selected, the project is automatically imported into Acumen as soon as you create the project link and you don't need the steps below. If the option is not selected, the project is linked to Acumen, and your next step is to import the project data into Acumen by following the steps below.

If you want to apply filters before importing data, make sure the Automatically Import Schedules option is not selected before you link to a project.

To import all projects in a workbook, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the S1 // Projects tab.
  2. (Optional) In the Projects pane, select a project/snapshot and apply filters.
  3. In the Import group, click Import All Projects.
    The data is imported and the number in parenthesis to the right of each project in the Projects Pane displays the number of activities that have been imported for each project.
