UN/CEFACT XML Schedule Files Platform Integration
Acumen links to schedule files that use the UN/CEFACT XML Schema (IPMR Format 6 v1.0).
This schema is driven by organizations like DCMA. You can link to, and import from, a UN/CEFACT XML file without having a scheduling tool installed on your computer.
UN/CEFACT linking does not support custom field mapping.
Exporting to UN/CEFACT
When Acumen exports a project to UN/CEFACT, the system generates summary activities in the UN/CEFACT output at each level of hierarchy (as required by the format). The summary activities include:
- Rolled up costs (baseline/actual/remaining) by adding/summing them.
- Rolled up dates (actual, early, late, start, and finish). Rolling up early dates means taking the earliest date (Min). Rolling up late dates means taking the latest date (Max).
- Rolled up floats (total and free float); taking the lowest duration (Min).
When you export, you can select the field from which you want to export the WBS data.
