Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Timeline View Command on the S1 // Projects Tab

Select one or more activities, then click this command to display the Timeline view or use the commands in the drop-down menu to complete such tasks as display activity titles, copy and past the view, and select color options.

Field Description
Activity Titles Select this option to display or hide the title for each activity on a project scenario timeline. This setting does not affect the project timeline which always displays the activity title.

The information that you display as title depends on the option that you select in the Activity Title Display Mode setting.

Different Colors Select this option to use colors to differentiate between activities.
Copy to Clipboard Select this option to copy the timeline view to the clipboard. You can then paste the view into a different application or email.
Activity Title Display Mode Use these settings to specify the information to be included in the activity title. You can specify whether you want to display the ID and/or description for each activity on the timeline. This setting works with the Activity Titles setting.
