  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

NASA Health Check Metric Descriptions

Schedule Health Check Metrics used to help meet the intent of NASA's STAT Health Check metrics.

Field Description
Schedule Status These metrics provide a general schedule status information relative to project start and forecast finish dates, how many work days are remaining in the project, whether there are external schedule interdependencies, and the project status date.
Task and Milestone Count These metrics provide information about the size of the project schedule relative to how many total tasks and milestones are included, how many are already completed, and how many tasks/milestones remain to be worked. The numbers only include detailed tasks and milestones. No summary tasks are counted because they are always driven and determined by the detailed tasks and milestones.
Integrity Indicators Use these metrics to identify an issues with the integrity of the project. For example, you can view a count of all tasks and milestones that have no predecessor/successor assignments, or find out if any summary tasks have logic ties.
Constraints A constraint is a fixed date that has been assigned to a task or milestone in order to control when it starts or finishes. You should use constraints sparingly because they are a significant factor in how slack (float) is calculated throughout the project schedule.

Use the constraints metrics to identify and count all constraints except those with the As Soon As Possible constraint.

Additional Schedule Information Use these metrics to identify additional integrity issues in the project. For example, you can see how much of the project has been baselined, or find out what percentage of the project has excessively large slack values.
