Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

IPMDAR Schedule Export Validations

When you export schedule data to an IPMDAR file, Acumen performs certain validations at the control account, work package, and task planning level.

Control Account / Work Package

  • When the control account ID is set to <WBS + OBS>, no warning displays for a summary task if either the WBS or OBS field value is blank. Summary tasks do not need to be assigned to a control account or work package.
  • When the work package ID for a task is not blank and the control account ID is blank, Acumen sets the work package ID to blank
  • The export does not fail for a summary task if the control account ID field value is blank, even if the work package ID field is set.

Task Planning Level

  • Acumen sets the Task Planning Level field to {Default} for a new export or workbook. This treats all schedule activities as planning level activities.
  • If the field that you assign to Task Planning Level is missing a value for a task, the value defaults to Activity. This does not include subproject tasks as their task subtype is not Activity.
  • When you assign a field for Task Planning Level, you only need values in the field when you want to override the default (that is, assign a value other than Activity).
  • A summary activity does not need to be associated with a Task Planning Level value.
