Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Editing Group on the S1 // Projects Tab

Use the commands in this group to perform such tasks as add activities and milestones, delete projects and snapshots, and convert snapshots to projects.

Field Description
Add Activity Click to add an activity or milestone to a cost estimate. This option is only available when you have a cost estimate selected.
Delete Click to delete a snapshot or project, or a cost estimate activity that you have added.
Convert Snapshot to Project Select a snapshot then click to convert it to a project.
Contracts and Contractors Use the options in this menu to import, export, add, edit, and delete contract and contractor data. Contract and contractor data is part of the IPMDAR format.
  • Edit Contracts: Click to display the Manage Contracts dialog box where you can add, edit, or delete contracts.
  • Import Contracts: When you select this option, an Open dialog box displays where you can select the file that you want to import. The file must have a .json extension.
  • Export Contracts: When you select this option, a Save As dialog box displays where you can select the folder and file to which you want to export the data. The file has a .json extension.
  • Edit Contractors: Click to display the Manage Contractors dialog box where you can add, edit, or delete contractors.
  • Import Contractors: When you select this option, an Open dialog box displays where you can select the .json file that you want to import.
  • Export Contractors: When you select this option, a Save As dialog box displays where you can select the folder and .json file to which you want to export the data.
