Select the Oracle products to which you want to link, and set related options.

Get External Data From

The products that you select here display on the S1 // Projects tab in the Get External Data From menu group.

Field	Description
Oracle Primavera P6 (XER)	Selecting this option allows you to link to a Primavera P6 project in XER file format. XER files are the standard means of exporting data outside of a P6 database. You do not need Primavera P6 installed on your computer to link to and import XER files into Acumen.
Oracle Primavera EPPM (WEB)	Selecting this option allows you to import a single project or multiple projects from Primavera P6 web services. P6 Web Profiles — Acumen uses profiles to connect to P6 Web Services servers. The system can store multiple profiles that include the address, user name, password, and so on. Click to display the Profile Editor dialog box to add or edit a profile. Web Service Timeout (seconds) — Set the number of seconds before the web service times out. The default is 300.
Oracle Primavera P6 (XML)	Selecting this option allows you to link to a Primavera P6 project in XML file format. You do not need Primavera P6 installed on your computer to link to and import XML files into Acumen.
Primavera Risk Analysis	Selecting this option allows you to import Primavera Risk Analysis projects into Acumen.
Oracle Primavera P3	Selecting this option allows you to import Primavera P3 projects into Acumen.

Oracle Primavera Project Management P6

Field	Description
Calculate Baseline Values From	Specify whether you want to calculate baseline values from Planned Values or Current Values.
Default XER Text Encoding	Select the language to use for the XER text encoding.
