  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Cobra Status Tab of the Activity Details Pane

This tab displays the status that is specific to the control account or work package imported from Cobra.

Note: This tab does not display until you import cost data from a Cobra file (Get External Data From > Cost Data) and you select a control account or work package in the Activities grid.

Progress

Field Description
Progress Technique This field displays the earned value technique that Cobra uses to calculate earned value. Different methods are appropriate to different work packages, either due to the nature of the work or to the planned duration of the work package. It only displays when you select a work package in the grid.

If the Progress Technique is Milestone, the grid displays with milestones.

Start Percent / Percent Complete This field changes depending on the entry in the Progress Technique field.
  • Start Percent displays the opening percent complete for work packages that use the user-defined progress technique.
  • Percent Complete displays the manually entered percent complete used to calculate earned value for work packages with a progress technique of Percent Complete.

Status

Field Description
Status This field displays the status of the selected control account or work package (Planned, In Progress, or Complete.
Baseline Start This field displays the baseline start date that defines the initial planned start date for the control account or work package.
Baseline Finish This field displays the baseline finish date that defines the initial planned finish date of the control account or work package.
Actual Start This field displays the actual start date for the control account or work package.
Actual Finish This field displays the actual finish date for the control account or work package.
Forecast Start This field displays the forecast or estimated start date for the control account or work package.
Forecast Finish This field displays the forecast or estimated finish date for the control account or work package.
Early Start This field displays the early start date for the control account or work package.
Early Finish This field displays the early finish date for the control account or work package.
Late Start This field displays the late start date for the control account or work package.
Late Finish This field displays the late finish date for the control account or work package.
