Project Right-Click Menu Options

Import Cost Data Click to use the Cost Data Import Wizard to import cost data from Deltek Cobra, a Work Authorization Document (WAD), or a .csv file. This option is only enabled if the Deltek Cobra / Cost Data and WAD option on the Platforms (Deltek) page of the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box is selected.
Lock Content Click this command to lock the project so that the data cannot be overwritten. This feature is useful if you want to keep and compare historical data. Assign Baseline

Click to assign a baseline to a P6 schedule. Assigning a baseline allows you to compare baseline data with the current schedule. This command is only available for Primavera P6 projects.

After you assign a baseline, you can add the Baseline Project Time Now and Baseline WBS Code columns to the S1 // Projects Activities grid. The Baseline Project Time Now column displays the Time Now date from the assigned baseline project and is useful if, for example, you want to see if activities that are in the baseline but no longer in the project should have been completed. The Baseline WBS Code column displays the WBS code on the baseline activities. These fields are also available to use in metrics and on the S2 // Diagnostics tab, as well as in reports.
