Use these steps to link to and import data from a project in Office 365 (Project Online) into Acumen.
To link to and import data from Project Online, complete the following steps:

In Acumen, select the S1 // Projects tab.

In the Get External Data From group, click the
Microsoft Project drop-down arrow and select
Microsoft Project Server.

On the Import from Microsoft Project Server dialog box, select or enter the URL for Project Online and click
Refresh. If you have not logged onto the server, an error displays. In this case, complete the following:

Click
Sign in as a different user.

Enter your username and password.

In the
Server Type field, select
Project Online (Office 365).

Click
OK.

Click
Refresh.
The grid lists all projects in the Office 365 (Project Online) location to which you have access.

In the Import column, use the check boxes to select one or more projects from the list then click
OK.
If the
Automatically Import Schedules option on the Deltek Acumen Options Platforms (General) tab is selected, the project is automatically imported into Acumen. If the option is not selected, the project is linked to Acumen, and your next step is to import the project data into Acumen.
