Publish Group on the S1 // Projects Tab
Use the commands in this group to publish (export) data.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Microsoft Excel | Export the current list of activities to a Microsoft Excel file. |
UN/CEFACT | Export the selected project/scenario/snapshot as a UN/CEFACT XML file. On the Export as UN/CEFACT dialog box, you can enter a project name, project description, contractor name, and submission date. You can also choose where to pull the WBS data from for the export. |
Microsoft Project MPP | Export the selected project as a Microsoft Project .MPP file. You must have Microsoft Project installed on your machine to export to an .MPP file. |
Microsoft Project XML | Export the selected project as a Microsoft Project .XML file. When you export the project, any existing user-defined fields are included in the export and are available for use in MSP. |
Oracle Primavera | Export the selected project as an Oracle Primavera P6 XER file. You can only export to an Oracle Primavera P6 XER format if you export a scenario. When you export the project, any existing user-defined fields are included in the export and are available for use in Primavera P6. |
Deltek Open Plan | Export the selected project directly to Deltek Open Plan. Acumen exports all data except the user-defined fields. |
IPMDAR Schedule | Click to export the schedule data from the selected project to an IPMDAR file. The project that you select must not be an IPMDAR schedule project. This option is only enabled after you select
IPMDAR Schedule Data in the
Publish Data To group on the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box Platforms (IPMDAR) page.
When you publish, the IPMDAR Schedule Export Options dialog box displays. |
IPMDAR Contract Performance | Click to export the cost data from the selected project to an IPMDAR file. The project that you select must not be an IPMDAR cost project. This option is only enabled after you select
IPMDAR Contract Performance Data in the
Publish Data To group on the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box Platforms (IPMDAR) page.
When you publish, the IPMDAR Cost Performance Export Options dialog box displays. |
Field | Description |
---|---|
Print & Export | In addition to publishing your project, you can use the Print and Export option to export the information as it is currently displayed in the Activities View. When you select this option, a Print Preview window displays. You can use this window to search the data, open or save a file, and select the export format, among other things. |
