Set Up a User with Citrix

Use this procedure to set up a user with Citrix.

To set up a user with Citrix access:

  1. Your company must have already setup their SAML connection with the cloud.
  2. Submit the Set Up Citrix Access service request.
    You will identify which users require a Citrix account.
  3. Deltek will set up a Citrix account for each user requested.
  4. Users should complete the steps to Install Citrix Plug In in this guide.
  5. Your SaaS Customer Administrator should also create a Cloud AD Account in AD Manager for each user requiring access to the development tools or Framework Manager.

  6. Users will authenticate into Citrix using their company's credentials (SAML).
  7. Once logged into Citrix, users will be presented with the Citrix Storefront and will see the applications to which you have granted them permission.
