Service Requests

SaaS Customer Administrators have the administrative rights and responsibility to submit service requests on behalf of your company.

Service requests are used to direct the Deltek Cloud Operations team to perform a specific task or process on your cloud offering. For example, a database refresh. Service Requests are required to perform many of the required steps during a cloud implementation or migration.

Service requests can be submitted by accessing the service request page on the Deltek Support Center, Costpoint Enterprise GCC Moderate. Here your SaaS Customer Administrator is able to submit Service Requests. Each service request carries a Service Level Objective or SLO. The SLO's are published in the instructions for each service request.
