Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Encrypting a File to Send to Deltek

Any files sent to Deltek using the Deltek SFTP Service MUST be encrypted using PGP (GPG is also accepted).

Note: This procedure uses Kleopatra, but you can choose your encryption/decryption tool vendor.

To encrypt a file:

  1. Locate the file that you would like to encrypt.
  2. Right-click the file, and click Sign and encrypt on the shortcut menu.
  3. On the Sigh/Encrypt dialog box, complete the following: Clear the Sign As and Encrypt for me check boxes.
    1. Clear the Sign As and Encrypt for me check boxes.
    2. In the Encrypt for others drop-down list, select the Deltek public key that was provided by your Deltek Cloud Customer Service Representative.
    3. Click Encrypt.
  4. On the warning screen, click Continue.

    You can now send the encrypted file to Deltek using GoAnywhere (SFTP).
