  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.

  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Establish a PGP Connection

Deltek requires that all files you send to Deltek are encrypted using PGP.

All files sent to you from Deltek will also be encrypted using PGP. Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) is an encryption program that provides cryptographic privacy and authentication for data communication. PGP is used for signing, encrypting, and decrypting texts, e-mails, files, directories, and whole disk partitions.

PGP uses a public and private key to encrypt and decrypt data. Your company and Deltek will each have their own public and private PGP keys to use when sending or receiving files.

If you are sending a file to Deltek you must encrypt the file using Deltek's public key. Upon receiving the file Deltek will decrypt the file using their private key.

If you are receiving a file from Deltek you must decrypt the file using your private key. Deltek will encrypt the file before sending it to you using your public key.

There are many PGP software vendors and Deltek does not endorse the use of a specific vendor. If your company is already using a PGP software you can use that vendor. If your company is currently not using a PGP software you will need to choose a PGP software to use.

You must share your Public key with Deltek. You can do this by submitting the Submit PGP Public Key service request.
