Manage Cloud AD Account Credentials

The SaaS Customer Admin is responsible for managing their Cloud AD Account credentials.

The SaaS Customer Admin is also responsible for managing other user's Cloud AD Account credentials. All credentials must be rotated every 60 days.

Managing a SaaS Customer Admin's Cloud AD Account Credentials

The SaaS Customer Admin should reset their Cloud AD Account credentials every 60 days in AD Manager. If the SaaS Admin becomes locked out of their Cloud AD Account they can ask another SaaS Admin to reset their password or they can submit the Password Reset service request.

Managing a User's Cloud AD Account Credentials

The SaaS Customer Admin is responsible for creating and maintaining a user's Cloud AD Account. After setting up the user's Cloud AD Account the SaaS Admin should communicate the credentials to the user. Every 60 days the SaaS Admin should reset the user's password in AD Manager and communicate to the user.
