Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

BI (Cognos) Framework Manager Access

Deltek provides users with the ability to access Cognos Framework Manager.

You must already have a Citrix account and a Cloud AD Account to gain access to the Framemaker Manager. If not, please refer to Accessing the Development Tools via Citrix.

To gain access to Framework Manager:

  1. Login to Citrix.
  2. Launch the IBM Cognos Framework Manager.
  3. Create or open project.
  4. At prompt, enter your Cloud AD Account credentials.
    Note: Your Cloud AD Account is assigned permissions on what you can do in Framework Manager.
