Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Deltek’s SFTP Service

SaaS Customer Administrators must submit a service request to obtain an SFTP account and credentials.

Deltek will contact the SaaS Customer Administrator via a phone call to provide the SFTP account credentials. Deltek's SFTP service requires Two Factor Authentication. You will receive an email from DUO with instructions to download and install the DUO app and register your SFTP account in DUO.

Deltek uses the GoAnywhere software for their SFTP service.

Here are some important Notes about using Deltek's GoAnywhere Service:

  • Use the Chrome browser. IE, Edge, and Firefox are not supported
  • Files more than 15 days old will be automatically and permanently deleted from the GoAnywhere system
  • Files sent to Deltek must be encrypted in PGP (GPG format is also accepted).
  • Files sent from Deltek to you will be encrypted using PGP.
  • Uploaded files must be no larger than 50 GB. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if your file is larger than 50 GB.
  • The GoAnywhere web interface will automatically log you out after 15 minutes of inactivity. This timeout will not apply if files are being uploaded or downloaded.
