Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Supported Operating Systems and Authentication Methods

The Costpoint Mobile T&E application supports mobile devices that run on the following operating systems:

  • Apple iOS 12 and higher
  • Android 8 and higher

Authentication Methods

Depending on your setup, you may log into Costpoint Mobile T&E using your third-party authentication login credentials, biometric authentication (face ID or fingerprint), or PIN credentials.

Note: Biometric authentication in the native Time and Expense mobile app relies on Active Directory or DB password authentication and, as such, is not supported in GCC Cloud.
