Deltek Support Center Access

Deltek's award winning Support Center is a key tool for facilitating communication between you and Deltek. Access to the Deltek Support Center is required for the SaaS Customer Administrators to submit Service Requests

To connect to the Deltek Support Center:

  1. Click Deltek Support Center.
  2. On the login page, click Login Help?.
  3. Enter your email address in the username field, and click Reset My Password.
    A temporary password will be emailed to you.
  4. Once connected, visit the Costpoint Cloud Solutions support page.

    SaaS Customer Administrators can use this page to submit Service Requests.

    The Deltek Support Center is also used to find answers to your product questions. You can ask questions, search for answers, and read suggestions from other Deltek customers.
