Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Group Permissions for Cloud AD Accounts

SaaS Customer Administrators have administrative rights to AD Manager and can assign permissions to Cloud Accounts by assigning accounts to various Group Memberships.

Accounts should be assigned the following Group Memberships as needed:

Group Membership Access Types
{client}-DEV Grants access to database and development tools
{client}-SQL Grants access to database (TOAD)
{client}-SQL-READONLY Grants Read Only access to database (TOAD)
{Client}-CER-DB-PROD Grants BI access to the Production Database
{Client}-CER-DB-SBOX Grants BI access to the Sandbox Database
{Client}-CER-DB-CONFIG Grants BI access to the Config Database
{Client}-CER-DB-TEST Grants BI access to the Test Database
{Client}-CER-DB-DEV Grants BI access to the Dev Database
{Client}-CER-DB-ADMIN Grants BI Admin rights to Framework Manager
{Client}-CER-DEV Grants BI Dev rights to Framework Manager
{Client}-CER-DB-ADV Grants BI Adv rights to Framework Manager
