Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Retrieving Files from the Deltek SFTP Service (GoAnywhere)

Use this procedure to download files from GoAnywhere.

Files sent from Deltek to you will be encrypted in the PGP format using your public key. Also, files sent to you from Deltek will be in your /Home directory.

To retrieve files:

  1. Launch the GoAnywhere HTTPS Interface from https://xfr01.gss.mydeltekgcc.com/webclient/Login.xhtml.
  2. Authenticate to the system using the credentials provided by Deltek.
    The credentials will be in the following format <username>@mydeltekgcc.local. For example, Albert Smith would log in as albertsmith@mydeltekgcc.local.
  3. When prompted for MFA/2FA via DUO, select Send Me a Push.
  4. Approve the push request on your mobile device.
    You will be presented with your home directory.
  5. Click a file to download it.
    Note: You can download multiple files by selecting the check boxes to the left and clicking the Download button at the bottom of the screen. This will save all selected files in a .zip within your downloads folder.
  6. After the file downloads, use your private key to decrypt it.
