Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Configure SPAM filters

You must make sure that the auto-generated emails are allowed through your company’s SPAM filters.

To configure your company’s SPAM filters:

  1. Allow the following email addresses:
    • nohelp-noreply@DeltekEnterpriseEssentials.com
    • nohelp-noreply@CostpointFoundations.com
    • CostpointCloud@deltekfirst.com
    • donotreply@deltekfirst.com
  2. Configure your email provider’s (online or on-premise) SPAM filter or other email filters to allow inbound email transmissions from the following IP address:

    Sendgrid: 167.89.11.197

    Note: This IP address range is owned by Sendgrid, an industry leading and secure email and Web security service. The above IP address is safe and can be trusted by all Costpoint Cloud customers
