Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Costpoint Messages

Deltek will periodically post messages that will appear as pop-up messages in Costpoint.

Users will receive these messages when they log into Costpoint or open a specific screen in Costpoint. Deltek has the ability to direct these messages to specific Costpoint users so not all users will see every message.

These messages will include information about your cloud solution. For example, Deltek will announce planned maintenance windows using a Costpoint message. The Costpoint message may refer you to a Knowledge Base article or the Cloud Information Center for more detailed information about the planned maintenance.
