Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Install Citrix Plug-in and Set Up Two Factor Authentication for Citrix

Citrix is required to access the following functions in the cloud. Two factor authentication is required for all Citrix accounts.

  • CER Framework Manager models by the CER administrator
  • SQL Server Management Studio in the Development or Implementation/Test Environment
  • Access to the Development tools in the Development Environment
Note: You must send Deltek a service request in order to grant a user access to SQL Server Management Studio in the Development or Implementation/Test Environment.

Citrix is typically only required for a small number of users. You may skip this Citrix Installation step and return to it later if you do not need to perform any of these functions at this time.
