  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Development Tools Environment Overview

As a SaaS Developer, you will be provided with access, via a Citrix storefront, to several development tools in your company's Development Environment.

These development tools include the following:

  • Framework Manager (Cognos BI)
  • TOAD (SQL) for Oracle
  • Deltek Development Tools
  • Extensibility Manager
  • Web Integration Console (WIC)
  • Eclipse IDE
  • Ability to restart Costpoint

Your company's SaaS Customer Administrator is responsible for providing you with the necessary account credentials to access these development tools. You will access these tools via Citrix. Your company credentials are used to authenticate into Citrix.
