Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Uploading Files to the Deltek SFTP Service (GoAnywhere)

Use this procedure to upload files to GoAnywhere SFTP.

Any files sent to Deltek MUST be encrypted using the Deltek PGP Public Key found in this document. Any unencrypted files that are uploaded will remain in your Home directory and will not be serviced by Deltek.

To upload files:

  1. Launch the GoAnywhere HTTPS Interface from https://xfr01.gss.mydeltekgcc.com/webclient/Login.xhtml.
  2. Authenticate to the system using the credentials provided by Deltek.
    The credentials will be in the following format <username>@mydeltekgcc.local. For example, Albert Smith would log in as albertsmith@mydeltekgcc.local.
  3. When prompted for MFA/2FA via DUO, select Send Me a Push.
  4. Approve the push request on your mobile device.
    You will be presented with your home directory.
  5. Drag and drop any encrypted file(s) you would like to upload to the interface.
    These files will be stored in your home directory, where they can be retrieved by authorized Deltek personnel.
  6. You can monitor the upload status of your file(s) by clicking the Show Details link at the bottom of the screen.
    This will show you the progress of the upload.
  7. You can now log out of GoAnywhere by clicking the initial icon in the upper right, and selecting Logout.
