Available Development Tools

The chart below identifies the development tools available in the Development Environment.

These development tools are not available in the Production or Implementation/Test Environments. These development tools are accessed via Citrix.

If you are an Enterprise client, the restart must be performed by Deltek Cloud Operations (DCO) on your behalf. To request a restart, log a new case with Customer Care. After receiving your case, the Customer Care Analyst will contact DCO to have the request completed

If you are a non-Enterprise client, you should submit the Web Services Development Environment SR (service request), and in the notes section, state that you requesting the functionality to perform restarts.
