Self Service

The Self Service link on your cloud portal enables users to manage their accounts themselves, without having to contact Deltek Customer Success.

This tool enables users to reset their password or unlock their account.

Use the Unlock Account or Reset Password link on your cloud portal and follow the instructions to reset passwords or unlock accounts.

A user has the ability to reset their password via the Self Service tool 1 time per day. If a user surpasses that limit they will receive the following message:

“You are not allowed to reset your password. You have reached the reset password limit set by your administrator.”

If the user receives the above message they should contact their company’s SaaS Customer Administrator and request that their password be reset. The SaaS Customer Administrator can reset the user’s password in User Manager.

After a user resets their password they should follow the following guidelines before attempting to login with their newly reset password.

  • User should close their browser and open a new browser window before attempting to login with newly reset password.
  • User should wait 15 minutes before attempting to login with their newly reset password.
Note: To use the Self Service tool, users must have successfully activated their account.
