Decrypting Files Sent by Deltek

Note: This procedure uses Kleopatra, but you can choose your encryption/decryption tool vendor.

To decrypt files:

1. After downloading the *.pgp file from the Deltek SFTP folder, right-click the file and click Decrypt and verify on the shortcut menu.
2. Enter the password that you set when you created your private key, and click OK.
3. Select the location to save the file.

   The default will be in the same location as the encrypted file.

   The file is now decrypted, and you can use it as you normally would.
