Database Development using TOAD for Oracle
Deltek provides users with the ability to access their Non Production and Development databases using Oracle TOAD.
Users can modify these databases as necessary during Implementation or to make database changes when required.
Note: Users should already have rights to log in to Citrix.
Attention: if you need Citrix access, refer to the
Accessing the Database Tools and Framework Manager via Citrix topic.
Once you have a Citrix account, please follow the steps below:
- Submit the SQL Access to Non Production Databases service request.
- Deltek will provide the connection information to the SaaS Admin (PDB and Host Names for Test and Dev). An account is provided for each database. The account name will be the same but the passwords will be unique. Each account is managed independently.
- Log in to Citrix and launch TOAD
- At prompt enter the following in all CAPS, <username>@<serveralias>/<pdbname>
