Time 10:00 pm ET - 12:30 am ET

  • Instance Upgrades
  • Optimizations
  • Extension Deployment/Promotion
  • Citrix and Report Server Patching
Notification Customer notifications are not provided for Standing maintenance windows.
Important Notes
  • Deploying an Extension may or may not require a restart of the server. Extensions requiring a restart of the server must be promoted during a Standing Maintenance window. Extensions that do not require a restart of the server may be deployed outside of a Standing Maintenance window.
  • The 3rd or 4th Thursday of each month is reserved for OS Patching. OS Patching may prevent customer Extensions from being promoted during this Standing Maintenance window.
  • Maintenance windows are not always utilized.
  • Maintenance windows may not last the entire scheduled time.
  • Maintenance work does not always result in the application being unavailable.

Application Maintenance Window

Occurrence Prod, Sbox, Config, Test Systems:
  • Every 3rd or 4th Week of the Month*
  • Monday or Wednesday, 10:00 pm ET - 06:00 am ET

Dev Systems:

  • Every 3rd or 4th Week of the Month*
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am ET - 6:00 pm ET
  • Each customer's Dev system requires a four-hour maintenance window within this time frame. You will receive a Costpoint Message indicating your four-hour window.
Activities
  • Costpoint Maintenance Releases (MR's) (v8.1.x)
  • BI updates
Notification Customers are notified of the Application Maintenance windows via a Costpoint message when they log into Costpoint.
Important Notes
  • Deltek will announce application updates at least 10 business days in advance of the scheduled window.
  • Applications will be unavailable during the Application Maintenance window.
  • Maintenance windows are not always utilized.
  • Maintenance windows may not last the entire scheduled time.
  • Deltek may deviate from this schedule due to various scheduling factors.
  • *Major upgrades (that is, v8.x) are scheduled separately from the Application Maintenance windows.
