The Planning grid lists the labor dates, billing, and resource information for the current project. The grid also provides details about the work breakdown structure and schedule.
To review data on the Planning grid, complete the following steps:

Select a project and click the Planning tab.

Click the
Labor option on the menu bar.
The project's planned hours, multipliers, and resources display on the charts and grids. If you use Vision Multicurrency, the currency code also displays.

Select a project, phase, or task row from the Planning grid.
The Planning charts update based on the row that you select. For example, when you select a phase row, the phase's job-to-date (JTD), estimate-to-complete (ETC), contract, and other amounts update on the charts. These updates occur each time that you select a grid row.
Note: The grid contains horizontal and vertical scrollbars. Use these scrollbars to scroll through the grid rows and columns to view all of the project's details.

To expand the Planning grid view vertically, click the
hide charts button. To return to the normal view, click the
show charts button.
