For you to be able to delete resources from the grid, your Vision Security role must have

button does not display if the plan is not checked out, you don't have the appropriate access rights, or you are viewing a Vision plan.
To delete resource records from the Resource grid, complete the following steps:
-
Open the WBS element, locate the resource on the Resource Grid, and click
. Navigator checks for assigned job-to-date hours.
- If there are assigned job-to-date hours, Navigator displays the following message: <Employee name> has assigned JTD hours and cannot be deleted. Do you want to delete the ETC and baseline hours from the record?
- If there are no assigned job-to-date hours, Navigator displays the following message: Do you want to delete <employee first and last name or generic name> from <lowest WBS level short name>?
