Filter Master Dashboard by Structure Element

Use the Unindented Elements list to filter the contents of the analytics based on selected elements of the structure you are analyzing (the work breakdown structure, for example). You can also filter by structure elements by selecting the elements in the Indented Sort View table. However, in that table you cannot select multiple elements that are not listed together, but in the Unindented Elements list you can.

Prerequisite: Use the Structure list under Data Options to select the structure on which you want to base your analysis.

To filter by structure element, complete the following steps:

1. Scroll the list in Unindented Elements to locate the elements you want, or click at the top of the list to search for the elements.
2. Do either of the following:
   • If the elements are all located together, click on the first one, hold the mouse button down, drag until all are selected, and release the mouse button.
   • If the elements are not all located together, press and hold CTRL down as you click each of the elements you want to include. When you have selected all elements, release CTRL.
