Select Contracts (Multi-Project)

Use the Contracts with Actuals Up Through list on any of the wInsight Analytics – Multi-Project tabs to select the contracts for which you want to display data. By default, the analytics include data for all contracts with data for the selected period.

Prerequisite: Select the period for which you want to analyze data before you select the contracts. When you select a period, wInsight Analytics restricts the contracts listed in the Contracts with Actuals Up Through list to those with data for that period.

To select the contracts for which you want to analyze data, complete the following step:

Do either of the following:
  • If the contracts are listed together in the Contracts with Actuals Up Through list, click the first contract and hold down the mouse button as you drag the selection over the other contracts.
  • If the contracts are not listed together in the Contracts with Actuals Up Through list, select the contracts in the Sort View table on the Contract View tab instead. Click at the right end of the Contract column heading to display a list of the contracts, and press and hold the CTRL key as you click each contract.
