Display Amounts or Percentages for Variances

For some charts and tables, you can display variances either as amounts (number of dollars or hours, for example) or as percentages.

To indicate whether you want to display variance amounts or variance percentages, complete the following step:

Do one of the following:

• To display variance amounts, select Amount in the Amount/Percent option set on the left side of the dashboard.

• To display variance percentages, select Percent in the Amount/Percent option set on the left side of the dashboard.
