Use the
Lowest Elements,
Control Account, or
Work Package list to filter the contents of the analytics based on selected elements. Which of these lists is displayed depends on your selection in
Element Type.
Prerequisite:
Use the
Structure list under
Data Options to select the structure on which you want to base your analysis, and use the
Element Type list to indicate type of elements for which you want to analyze the data.
To filter by element, complete the following steps:

Scroll the list in
Lowest Elements,
Control Account, or
Work Package, whichever is available, to locate the elements you want.

Do either of the following:
- If the elements are all located together, click on the first one, hold the mouse button down, drag until all are selected, and release the mouse button.
- If the elements are not all located together, press and hold
CTRL down as you click each of the elements you want to include. When you have selected all elements, release
CTRL.
