Performance Summary Table

The Performance Summary table on the Detail Analysis tab displays values for key wInsight Analytics data items for 6 or 12 periods up to and including the currently selected period.

Table Format

The Performance Summary table is a pivot table. In pivot tables, you cannot change the order of data in the table as you can with most other tables in wInsight Analytics. This table also has no option to drill down or up.

Use the 6-months and 12-months options above the table to indicate if you want the table to include 6 period columns or 12 period columns. (The 6-months and 12-months options only apply to this table.)

Table Data

You can display 6 or 12 months of data for one or more lowest-level structure elements, control accounts, or work packages, depending on your selection in Element Type. (If you filter the analytics by selecting a range of periods on one of the charts on the Detail Analysis tab, that action overrides the 6-months or 12-months option, and this table is also filtered to display data for the selected periods.)

The Performance Summary table displays the following for each element for each of the included periods:

Data Item	Description
BCWS	Cumulative or current budgeted cost of work scheduled.
BCWP	Cumulative or current budgeted cost of work performed.
ACWP	Cumulative or current actual cost of work performed.
SCH VAR	Cumulative or current schedule variance amount.
SCH VAR %	Cumulative or current schedule variance percentage.
SPI	Cumulative or current schedule performance index.
COST VAR	Cumulative or current cost variance amount.
COST VAR %	Cumulative or current cost variance percentage.
CPI	Cumulative or current cost performance index.
BAC	Budget at completion.
EAC	Estimate at completion.
VAC	Variance at completion.
